Same Day Shipping
If we received your order before 3pm EST, Monday through Friday, in most cases your product will ship the same day (not guaranteed) from the LCI Paper distribution center. If your order will be delayed, due to back orders, weather or other unforeseen situations we will alert you as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours.
LCI Paper will not be responsible for delays and will not upgrade your shipping or discount your products. Our on time service is one of the best in the industry, but delays do happen.
Custom manufactured products personalized or blank and other select items will ship in 3-15 days after receipt and or proof approvals. We do offer estimates, but not a guarantee of a ship date. If you are on a tight time schedule contact us for details before ordering. Items shipping from other locations that need customization will affect the processing schedule.
