When sending out pocket wedding invitations, while details such as date, time and location are important, you also want guests to be presented with a package that represents you, your style, and your event.
Here we showcase a modern Pink Watercolor Floral Invitation Suite we created with our new Matt pockets and papers. We share the materials we used, steps for assembly, and design tips to help you make professional, memorable invites like these. No one will guess they were DIY!
MATERIALS
- A7 Posh Pockets – Rosa
- 8 1/2 x 11 Card Stock Paper – Powder Pink
- Blank A1 Card – Powder Pink
- A7 Euro Flap Envelope – Rosa
- A1 Euro Flap Envelope – Rosa
- Zip Dry
STEP 1: PRINT
For this tutorial we printed the invitation & Reception Card on Powder Pink – 8 1/2 x 11 Card Stock Paper. For the RSVP Card we used Powder Pink – A1 Card
STEP 2: CUT
Cut cards to size using your preferred paper trimmer.
- Invitation (4 7/8 x 6 7/8)
- Reception (4 1/4 x 5 7/8)
STEP 3: GLUE
Now it’s time to glue the invitation to the panel. We love using Zip Dry because it never ever wrinkles paper and the best part it gives you a few seconds to move things around before it dries!
STEP 4: ASSEMBLE
Now that everything is ready place reception & reply items inside the pocket.
