If your order has not been processed or shipped and we can catch it, we will cancel it for you. For liability reasons we are not able to simply update a shipping address for orders entered into our system. After confirmation of cancellation you can re-enter the order with your correct shipping address. Important: If your order was processed through PayPal you must update your addresses inside your PayPal account. LCI Paper can not make changes to PayPal orders.

If your order has already processed & shipped and an address change is required you can contact the shipping company directly. LCI Paper is unable to reroute, stop or change a package once it has been shipped.
- UPS Shipments – Register for UPS My Choice You can change addresses, schedule deliveries and more through their system. Sign up is free however some services are at a charge.
- USPS Shipments – Contact your local Post Office for Assistance.
