When your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with instructions on how to track your package. You can also track you package in your Account (if logged into your account at time of purchase) or from our Track Orders page.
There are a few reasons why tracking information may not populate
- The shippers system has not updated. Typically within 24 hours information will start to populate.
- The package shipped USPS First Class Mail. The Post Office assigns a shipment number but does not track First Class Mail. In fact and don’t ask us why they return “Status Not Available”
- Tracking on USPS International shipments will stop once the package is handed off to the destination country. At that time the USPS considers the shipment complete and in the hands of the destination country for final delivery. We are unable to get further information at that time and consider the package delivered.
