FAQ – RSVP Envelopes

Why Isn’t the Address Centered on My Response Card Envelopes?

Many customers who have ordered printed response envelopes wonder why the address is centered from left to right on the front of the envelope, but not from top to bottom, the text sitting slightly lower than center on the envelope. This is not a mistake; the text is supposed to fall slightly lower on the front of the envelope to make room for the stamp that will later be placed on it. With a slightly lowered address, the stamped envelope has a non-crowded, balanced look, not a crowded one. See below:

Are your RSVP Envelopes sealable & mailable?

We ran into an issue with a different paper supplier for RSVP envelopes where they didn’t have sealing glue and were listed as "not mailable". Just wanted to verify that yours were! We were specifically looking at the T4E RSVP envelopes.
