When Will My Order Ship?

In most cases if we receive your order before 3pm EST, Monday through Friday, your order will ship the same day from our Marlborough, MA distribution center.

Items that ship from an alternate location, items that have customization, including, but not limited to, personalization, special cutting, scoring or special requests will not ship the same day. If you are on a tight time schedule contact us for details before ordering.

If the item(s) ordered are not in stock, have to be received in from an alternate location or if we anticipate a production delay we will send you a support email and/or call you if we have a phone number. We will advise you of the situation so you can make a decision, if you want to wait, substitute or cancel the item or order. We will do our best to ship as soon as possible after the situation has been settled.

Will you upgrade my shipping due to order delays

LCI will ship the same ship method selected at the time of order. We do our best to contact you quickly so you can make an informed decision on how you want the order processed. LCI Paper will not be responsible for delays due to out of stock items or failure to hear back from customers.

Can I pay to upgrade my shipping method

Yes you can upgrade your ship method as long as your order has not been processed, packed or shipped. Call us at 508-281-5088 and send a support case to discuss your options with one of our Paper Specialists. All additional costs and payments are required before shipping.
