Payment Declined

Usually declined transactions are the result of incorrect information filled out during checkout. Please confirm your full address, credit card number, expiration date, and CVV2 number are consistent with the billing information on file with your credit card company. If you’ve recently moved or changed addresses your prior address may still be on file at your credit card company. If you are sure the information entered during checkout is correct, then contact your credit card company. Typically only a small percentage of declined transactions are the result of insufficient credit.

My transaction was declined, why do I see charges when viewing my bank online?

For each authorization attempt the issuing bank will put the amount into a pending settlement folder regardless if the transaction is successful or declined. If the transaction was declined the funds are held as pending for 48 – 72 hours, then the funds will simply fall off the card. To avoid pending transaction amounts on your card please do not attempt to process your card excessively. LCI Paper will email an order confirmation receipt for each successful transaction.
