Can International Shipments be Tracked?

UPS shipments sent internationally will be tracked from our warehouse to its final destination. UPS typically handles the brokerage and pre pays the fees on your behalf. These fees will be collected at the time of delivery.

USPS (offered to select regions only). Less expensive than UPS, however, delivery times are estimates & depending on the method can extend past 30 days for delivery.
Tracking can only be traced to the country of destination and not to the final destination. This is important because once the shipment shows delivered to your country it becomes the responsibility of your local post office. LCI Paper will not & can not be responsible for lost or delayed packages.

IMPORTANT

Shipping rates do not include duties, taxes & brokerage fees. These fees are levied by the country of destination and the freight companies (not LCI Paper) and will be collected at the time of delivery. For more details on the actual costs please contact your local postal service or UPS.
