Your words will dance in the Moonlight with this bright, vivid, Fluorescent Orange color. Great on either white or black paper surfaces, the .5 mm bold line writes easily from a 1 mm ball and will not bleed through most papers. Provides a paint-like effect in photos, craft projects, journals, scrapbook pages and even writes on vellum papers. Permanent, waterproof, and fade-resistant on many surfaces although fluorescent colors can fade if exposed to direct sunlight.
