How To Print DIY Tuxedo Wedding Invitations
What is the invitation envelope size?
What size is the envelope that accompanies the tuxedo invitation? And what size is the invitation before it is folded?
- by Carly P.
The appropriate sized double envelopes are included with the kit, therefore you do not need to order these separately. The inner envelope measures 5 3/4 x 8 and the outer envelope measures 6 x 8 1/4. Regarding your second question, unfolded, the Tuxedo card measures 14 1/2 inches wide by 7 3/4 inches high.

How much ribbon do I need?
I am interested in buying 2 packs of the tuxedo invitations however I am wondering how much ribbon is needed for the bow for one invitation? If you could let me know it would be much appreciated.

You will use about 27 to 28 inches per invitation. Take a moment to read our article called How Much Ribbon Will I Need?

The right hand name cuts off when I print the Tuxedo invitations. Is there a fix?
Your printer may not be able to print cards larger than 14" and our Tuxedo invitations are 14 1/2". If that's the case, then that's probably the reason why the name is cut off when you print. You may be able to trick your printer into believing that the document is only 14". Try modifying our Word template by adjusting the width within the document's properties. Change the width from 14.5 to 14. Do the same in your print driver, changing 14.5 to 14. For many of our customers, this is a quick and easy fix and the card prints just fine.
