How can I insert & print clip art

I ordered a sample of your ecru 4up traditional place cards. I use the printing template as is and it printed out fine. the problem came when i was trying to insert some clip art (i.e border on one side or a small decorative motif). Using your template, there is no guide to show me where the borders of the actual card is. Is there a template that you could give me which would show me the actual borders (the perforated lines) so that I know if the art will be where I want it? I would greatly appreciate it, as I know I am not the only customer struggling with this.

When you are working with the template, you should see a small little box in the upper left corner. Right click on it then choose Table Properties > Table > Borders & Shading > Borders Setting > All. Now you'll be able to see the table borders. Just make sure to turn them off when you're ready to print.
