I believe I selected a recycled paper choice and found it to be significantly below the standard of the previous cards I ordered. When I put my stamp on the back of a card it bled into the paper and could be seen when you looked at the other side. It did not cut well. I like the previous cards, however, they are scored for the purpose of folding and when you fold on the scored line it is not even. One side may be lower than the other. The quality was fine of the paper was very good.

Coasters ordered last minute to use at a wedding that had been planned for over a year...they got them to me on time was the first thing and the quality was even better than I expected and the ink colors were perfect..we used them for menu selection ..the only company I found that could do what we needed without having to make an appointment to set these up...more than happy and the price was more than fair ....I will definitely use them again! Customer service was best I have received from an on line company ever.

I was very satisfied with my order. I had ordered a sample of the royal blue card some time ago so I knew I definately was going to use them. The Royal Blue Book Fold Cards worked beautifully with my laser printer, I didn't have any problems with them feeding. They were the cover for a high school graduation invitation. These cards are the perfect addition to a simple white matted card for any kind of announcement. I chose a radiant white envelope as well for easy addressing. The quality of the envelopes was better than the office supply store kind. I was very satisfied with my choices.

We ordered our wedding invitations online from LCI paper. We loved the paper selection and they were great to work with. The invitations and associated cards looked great and even arrived earlier than expected. We made an error - human error - and called them before they went to print and they were terrific to work with - everyone we talked to was polite, friendly and helpful. Most importantly they were patient with us and treated us with respect, even though we were the ones that made the mistake. I would buy from them and will refer friends to them. Already referred my graphic designer friend - who found their rates to be much better than many other sites. Great site and good staff!

I found your company to have the most wonderful choices of all the websites & stores I visited. The Hidden Heart Ecru I chose was very beautiful & the colors we are using in the wedding so it was a perfect choice. I ordered a sample 1st & it was off center when it arrived. I sent a note advising to center when I made my bulk order and the heart was still not centered correctly. It was better than the sample I received but still somewhat off. Since the wedding's in April I couldn't return for a correction even though it was quite apparent to me, my counterparts advised me it would be ok. My suggestion would be make sure this product (in all colors) is Centered Correctly to match the picture you post online. Everything you have looks so lovely and the Bride to be thought they were absolutely beautiful.

We ordered our Wedding invitations from another source but had no options for envelope printing. We did not want to use a calligrapher or tacky labels. We under a strict timing deadline and panic was on the horizon. We searched Google and found LCI Paper. After doing some research on the shop and calling them, we were confident they could handle the job. We didn't know they would blow us away with the quality product they would deliver.... and how fast! We ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and had 100 outer envelopes and RSVP envelopes in our hands on Thursday. We had to get our invites out that weekend and LCI delivered. Kristen was a huge help and took the time to ensure everything was perfect. I will use them again for thank you cards, Christmas cards, and any other printing needs. Highly, highly recommended.

WARNING CANADIAN CUSTOMERS!!! STAY AWAY FROM UPS WHEN CHOOSING SHIPPING OPTIONS! - minus one star (Please LCI advertise UPS's broker fees appropriately they are in really about 50 % more expensive than you let it look like) I purchased 95,35 $ worth of LCI paper and paid 28,52 (that's not so bad) shipping plus an outrageous 49 $ on delivery! That amounts to over 80 % of the item's worth!!! UPS's broker fees appear reasonable until they start adding all the ridiculous extras. You are WAY better off ordering with regular postal service because you will end up paying much less in the end although USPS appears more expensive at first they do not charge broker fees! I had to take another star off because of the "Stardream Antique Gold" enveloppes I ordered. It's nearly impossible to print on these with laser. LCI does a good job of warning us of scaling off with laser printers but this is just out of control, horrible results. I had to go with transparent printable stickers from Avery. The rest of the paper is fine but again I have to take another star off because the advertised thickness is somewhat misleading (I had papers from two other companies to compare) the "Curious White Gold" cardstock I ordered was slightly thinner than the 118g/m2 advertised... not dramatic but somewhat disappointing when ordering over the internet... I HAVE TO GIVE IT TO LCI THOUGH THE PAPER LOOKS AMAZING!

I went online to google to search for "Vellum". I wanted a see-through colored type of paper to line some nice "Moving Announcements" I was sending out to all my family and friends. LCI's selection, products, and prices are great and they are very accommodating if you have any questions or problems. The only thing I am disappointed with is the cost of samples. I spent over $55 on samples for wedding invitation supplies and LCI didn't offer any credit on my samples toward my full order once I had made my selections.

Just like all the reviews that I have read, I got my order in three days! Love LCIpaper's website with all the helpful tips. I designed and made my daughter's wedding invitations and the number one tip for me is deciding on your envelope size before you design your own invitations. They have a wide variety to choose from. I recently ordered the old world style envelopes in the heavyweight paper. We are a small invitation company who produces high end Mitzvah invites. The envelope is very important as it is the first impression guests receive. I was very pleased with the quality of these envelopes and will definitely order again. I am also pleased with the shipping options of $6.99 flat rate if I am in no hurry and the post office option as they will deliver on Saturday. LCI is a pleasure to work with. I also ordered some card stock which was far heavier and superior to that I could have found in local craft stores. I will be ordering again.

The variety of products available is great at LCI and their video clips about how to use products and which products to use for a particular product has also been helpful. The site is easy to navigate. Also, my order arrived as expected (and on-time), packed well and unharmed. However this part remains to be seen: I had to return a product and re-order a different product, but they would not credit me the amount of the returned item, not even provisionally, until they processed the returned item. It's been two weeks, and I know they are in the holiday rush but I was given no assurance that I would be reimbursed. I'm hoping for the best but just a bit nervous knowing I could be out the money I spent on the returned product.
