The products that I received are excellent. I had absolutely no issues printing on the response cards, the template was very easy to use. I have not found any flaws in any part of the order. I am completely pleased with my purchase and would definitely order from LCI Paper again. They also have great customer service. My original order was out of stock and I got a phone call from someone there who walked me through reordering a new product - he gave me his opinion and I trusted it. He was very confident and I'm glad that I took his advice.

I purchased menu cards for my daughter's bridal shower. The quality and color of the paper was exceptional and much better than what I could purchase at my well-known local craft store. I'm not a "crafter" and the instructions/template to create the menu was easy to understand and use. The menus are beautiful!

I ordered this tissue paper for my custom wedding invites. Its not the cheap flimsy tissue paper you find in the craft stores (which is not supposed to be sued for wedding invites by the way) it was more than I hoped it would be. Ordered wedding invitation materials from LCI. Paper quality was great and as expected. Everything arrived on time and carefully packaged. The only problem was that the pre-folded paper I ordered does not fold evenly; the seam is slightly off-centered, so one side is about 1-2 mm (1/16 inch) wider than the other. I don't personally mind enough to send these back but maybe others in my situation would.

I love your product, I love your fast shipping etc... but your packaging makes me INSANE! All of that kraft paper, I have a small design studio and only do my paper recyling once a week. We wanted something simple and elegant that we could print at home to save money, and the wedding invitation kit we bought at a local store just jammed in the printer and smeared ink everywhere. LCI's Seal and Send invitations, though, were pretty much perfect. We had to manually feed them through the printer one at a time, but we have to do that with any heav yweight cardstock on this printer anyway. No jamming, easy to set up, and the guests tell us they look lovely. LCI got the product to us quickly, and everything worked out better than we hoped.
