Instructions for Assembly
1. Cut 1 3/4 x 6 7/8" Pearlized Paper Strips for Invitation Cards
Using a paper trimmer or preferred cutting tool, begin by cutting decorative strips for your invitation cards. As detailed below;
Cut 6 strips measuring 1 3/4 x 6 7/8 inches from one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet.
2. Cut 1 3/4 x 4 1/4" Pearlized Paper Strips for Response Cards
Next, cut decorative strips for your response cards.
Cut 12 strips measuring 1 3/4 x 4 1/4 inches from one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet.
3. Cut 2 x 11" Pearlized Paper Strips for Pocketfold Bands
Last, cut bands that will be used to hold your finished pocketfold closed.
From one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet, cut 4 strips measuring 2 x 11 inches.
4. Download Word Templates & Print Invitation & Response Cards
From the Download Templates section above, download Word templates for your invitation card and response card. Templates are sized and formatted correctly, Simply customize templates with the fonts and colors of your choice, and print.

Printing Invitations with your Computer and Printer5. Adhere Pearlized Strips to Invitation & Response Cards
After printing your invitation cards, adhere the decorative pearlized paper strips you cut in Steps 1 and 2 to your invitation and response cards. You may do this with glue or double sided tape, whichever you prefer.
- Adhere 1 3/4 x 6 7/8 inch strip to left side of invitation card
- Adhere 1 3/4 x 4 1/4 inch strip to left side of response card
6. Adhere Invitation Card to Pocketfold
Next adhere the invitation card to the center panel of the pocketfold.
7. Place Response Items in Pocket
Arrange your response items in the pocket, then close your pocketfold.
8. Wrap Decorative Pearlized Band Around Pocketfold
Last, wrap the 2x11 inch strips you cut in Step 3 around the center of your pocketfold and secure in the back with glue or double sided tape. This serves to hold your pocketfold closed, as well as decorate your pocketfold invitation.
