Glue for Layered Invitations
I just received the layered invitations I purchased a couple of days ago and am very happy with the quality of the paper. I would like to find out what type of glue is the best to use for putting the different layers of papers together. I purchased the zip glue from your website and am not sure if that's the best kind to use for this project.

Zip Dry works great for accessories, paper, and I believe even cloth. Simply put some around the corners of the layers, and if it is really heavy stock, maybe make an "x" in the middle, and it should adhere just fine. Just make sure you do not over use the glue, or the paper will wrinkle.

No, each of the components (card stocks & vellums) of our layered invitation kits arrive to you unattached. Our website shows the assembled invitations to help our visitors get a feel for the look they can create.
What adhesive will you use to adhere the layers? Whether you want to use something as commonly available as a school glue is up to you. Or you can browse our selection of specialty adhesives that may give your invitation a more professional appearance.
Although we show some layered kits with decorative clips or adhesive bows, usually these are only suggestions. Please feel free to customize the invitations in any method that you desire.
