For your home printing convenience, LCI Paper offers Microsoft Word computer printing templates right on our invitation product pages. Use our templates and sample wording to personalize your invitation with your own custom details.
1. Download Template from Product Page
Start by downloading the template on your invitation’s product page. The template is found below the product image.
Note: If a template download link does not appear on your invitation product page, request it by clicking the Ask us a question link. We’ll be happy to create a template for you and and make it available on the product page.
2. Open the Downloaded File
Next, open the downloaded file. It’s a zip file that contains your templates and several support files.
3. Open & Read the Printing Instructions PDF File for Detailed Instructions
The Printing Instructions PDF file contains step-by-step instructions on:
- How to use our printing templates
- How to customize them for your particular invitation
- How to print your invitation with your printer.
4. Print
Follow the Printing Instructions guide and you’ll be on your way to making your own custom invitations using your computer, your printer, and your creativity.

Which invitation in particular do you need help with? Please look for the Specifications tab on the item, there should be a link to download the print template. If you are still having issues let us know the item and we can email the invitation template to you

Yes, the template has been created and will be available on the Pocketfold Bar Mizvah Sapphire Ocean Invitation product page starting tomorrow (February 1, 2011). In the meantime, I am e-mailing it to you directly. It includes the 4 7/8 x 6 7/8 insert card formatted both horizontally and vertically and the response card.

Most of our customers are not printing invitations from a 12 x 12 sheet so no, we do not have a template for this nor do we have any 12 x 12 4-Up items for sale. I might still be able to create the template for you. I have sent you an e-mail about it asking you for more information.
i would like this program, do i have to buy this or just use it with my microsoft windows program..i need details please…don’t want to spend a lot on new software or a printing company

Most of our customers print the blank stock they purchase from us at home, so you are among very good company in your desire to print inexpensively. As the video shows, if you have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, you will be able to download our free printing templates and print at home. If you do not have Word, you may want to install the free office suite at OpenOffice.org and use Writer as a Word substitute. Read more about home printing with Microsoft Word alternative programs.
Hi, i ordered 6 1/4 x 6 1/4 invitaions from your website so i could print them at home, and i have had these for 3 months trying to figure out how to make them print right. is there better instructions? or can you please send my a link to download the right template? it is not on the page i ordered them from. they are textured if that makes a difference in the template.

Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble printing 6 1/4 square cards. We would be happy to try to walk you through it over the phone. Please call us during our business hours, 8:30 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday.
You can also download a template sized perfectly for this 6 1/4 square card and follow the instructions in the Zip file. Don’t forget to enter a custom document size in your print driver. Textured cards vs. smooth cards will not be a factor when using a Word template.

Do any of the templates have food icons? My venue requires that the place cards indicate food options. If the icons are not available does the website offer stamps or some other way to address this?

Unfortunately we do not have any place card templates with food icons, nor do we offer stamps. However, you may consider inserting a graphic on your place card design. You can either use clip art from your page layout software, or find free clip art on the internet. Please find detailed information in this tutorial:

Hi Sally,
Unfortunately we do not have a printing template for four up square pocket fold insert cards. Our square pocket folds require 6 x 6 insert cards. The only way you could print four 6×6 cards to a sheet would be to print on 12 x 12 card stock, which most home printers are not capable of.
