Price, Quality, & Customer Service – LCI Paper Reviewed on Yelp

Yelp logoIt’s always beneficial to read feedback about our products and services. It also helps to understand what are customers are experiencing as they make decisions about their wedding invitations and what roads lead them to us. Here is a recent LCI Paper Yelp review from Rochelle A. in Fort Knox, Kentucky. She not only reviews her experience with our company but provides some context and setup.

I used LCI Paper for all my wedding needs and the price, quality, and customer service were all unbelievably fantastic!

We were on a tight budget, had only three months to plan, and are both pretty creative, so I knew I was going to make DIY invitations. I originally planned on getting one of those ready-made packs from Target, Michael’s, or Staples even, but the quality of the plain ones weren’t that great, and none of the styled ones fit the color scheme (chocolate and sage) and theme (rustic elegance) we were going for. We also wanted to save from wasting money and unused paper by avoiding unnecessary items such as response card envelopes (we used an online RSVP system via http://theknot.com since my husband and I had temporary mailing addresses). I then tried stores like Paper Source and Blick, but I left empty-handed and discouraged by how expensive everything was, not to mention turned off by all the yuppie or hipster snobs that work and shop there.

My husband Floyd found LCI Paper’s website and forwarded me links to their ecru envelopes, invitations, and response cards. I was a little hesitant that I wouldn’t be able to see their true color and feel their quality before purchasing, but Floyd convinced me that LCI Paper was so cheap and reviewed well on their website that it would probably be the best option. I ordered away and they came within two days! The quality of the cardstock was so smooth and the color so rich. I ended up ordering escort cards, menus, and programs in the same ecru, and again, they arrived by the following one or two days.

At one point, I called customer service about a return order and they were so helpful, competent, speedy, and understanding.

The only drawback is that I used Adobe Illustrator and InDesign to design everything instead of Word, which LCI Paper provided downloadable templates for, so formating was a bit of cumbersome trial and error. I would basically print out test sheet after test sheet, adjusting the margin numbers with each go. However, all that effort paid off because everything looked amazing. I was surprised myself how expensive and professional all the stationary appeared after designing and printing everything. I was and still am so happy with the results of my handiwork and of LCI Paper!
