How do you handle exchanges?
An e-commerce site’s return policy differs from the exchange process of a brick & mortar store.
Unlike a brick and mortar store where the customer walks in with the item to be returned and walks out with the new item, an e-commerce business like LCI handles the process as two separate transactions:
First, we ask that you contact us for a Return Authorization number.
After we receive your return, we will issue a credit for the item you’re returning.
Instead of waiting for the credit, then placing the new order, most opt to place a new order immediately.
As most of our items are in stock and ready to ship, the new order can usually be received within a short period of time.
