More Tips:
- Card must be smaller than envelope
- For best fit, we recommend a card roughly 1/4 inch smaller than the envelope.
- If card is too small, it will be “swimming” in the envelope.
- If we don’t carry a particular card size, we can custom cut cards to meet your requirement.

While we do not carry any DL sized envelopes, we do have an inner/outer Wedding Envelope set with the following measurements:
Inner Envelope 3 7/8 x 9, Outer Envelope 4 1/8 x 9 1/2
This is a white envelope set with a lustrous, coated, pearlescent Black lining – not foil. Here is a link to the item:

We also carry the inner envelope by itself:

But keep in mind this is an inner envelope and it has no gummed seal. If you want to mail it without an outer envelope, you would have the adhere the flap on your own.
There envelopes are made with 70 lb text paper (105.35 gsm).
I will have wedding invites made which are 5 x 7″. I would like to order double (lined) envelope sets. Which do you recommend?

The best Double Envelope to fit your card is our Jumbo size where the inner measures 5 5/16 x 7 5/8 and the outer measures 5 7/16 x 7 7/8. To find these, just go to our Double Wedding Envelopes page. Under Select Size, choose Inner Envelope 5 5/16 x 7 5/8 Outer Envelope 5 7/16 x 7 7/8.

I would like to make an invitation that fits into an A10 envelope, but I’m confused – do you have in stock the card that would fit inside, or does that have to be specially cut?

A10 invitation envelope and card sizes are less common than A9. Although we carry a limited selection of A10 envelopes, we do not carry any A10 cards (5 7/8 x 9 1/4).
Custom size cutting is not an advertised service available through our web site, but we can arrange for cards to be cut to a certain size specified by you. Please see our video, Do you offer custom paper and card sizes?, for further explanation on custom cutting.

My wedding invitation is printed on A5 paper. I was told that I need a C5 enevelop for this. Plus I also have a response card that needs an enevelope. I really like your double wedding envelopes. Do you the size I need available?

The A5 size corresponds to a different standard than what is common in the U.S. I believe you are referring to an invitation card size of 210 x 148 millimeters (8.3 x 5.8 inches). Unfortunately we do not carry any Double Wedding Envelopes sized to accommodate this card, nor do we carry any C5 envelopes which measure 162 x 229 millimeters (6 3/8 x 9 inches).
To accommodate your card, we do offer a 6 x 9 1/2 envelope (152.4 x 241.3 millimeters). But you may find it to be wider than ideal. Also, keep in mind that this is a single envelope, not a double envelope.
What is the smallest size envelope that the P.O. will accept/send? I want to get RSVP envelopes for wedding invitations but not sure what size I need to make the RSVP card. thank you
