If we received your order before 3pm EST, Monday through Friday, your product will ship the same day from our Marlborough, MA distribution center. We will alert you if there is a delay.
Products from our Party Favor categories, ordered personalized or blank will ship in 3-10 days after receipt because some items ship separately from a different location. If you are on a tight time schedule contact us for details before ordering.
We ship our products by UPS & USPS, and they may require a signature for delivery. UPS will not pick up or deliver on US federal holidays, or Saturday or Sunday, including Next Day Air shipments. Orders shipped Next Day on Friday will arrive Monday. Currently we do not offer Saturday delivery.
International destinations receive product by UPS or USPS. We can track UPS shipments but not USPS shipments. Packages are subject to the terms, conditions, duties and taxes of the receiving country. LCI is not responsible for these additional fees. All international sales are final; refused packages cannot be returned and we will not issue credit.
LCI will contact you to verify high value orders prior to shipment. In addition, UPS requires the recipient’s signature upon delivery of high value orders.
If you need to cancel an order, contact our customer service department at 508-281-5088. Upon request, we will do our best to cancel an order, however we are unable to guarantee this will happen. Only after a credit card is refunded will the cancellation be considered accepted or complete. We will not be liable for orders shipped, even if a cancellation request has been made.
LCI will not be liable for damages or losses sustained during the delivery of your order. LCI will not be responsible for packages not signed as damaged upon receipt.
Customers will be charged a service fee and freight for:
- Any refused package
- Undeliverable packages due to incomplete address, no signature on file, or no recipient at the ship-to address
- Re-shipment of packages that are returned to us
