2. Cut out & Affix Chiyogami strips
Lay out your Chiyogami sheet landscape. On the back of the sheet of Chiyogami, measure 2.75 inch segments and draw a faint pencil line at each 2.75 inch increment. Once measured, take out your cutting utensil. Using your ruler as a guide, cut out each of your strips.
Using an adhesive of your choosing like our Zip Dry, apply to the backside of the Chiyogami strips, center it over the fold on the outside of the flat program folder, and press, smoothing out the adhesive. Set aside to dry.
3.Cut Out Silver Backing Squares
Lay out a sheet of the silver cardstock, each 8 ½ x 11 sheet will yield four 4 x 4 square backing cards. Measure your four 4 x 4 inch squares, making faint marks where the corners land. Using your ruler as a guide, cut along the guide marks with your choice cutting utensil.
Set aside for construction
