When I called for customer service I was put on hold for five minutes and then routed to voice mail. I only had a simple question that could have been answered in seconds. If you had a live chat it would have prevented me from getting frustrated. I am sure other customers would appreciate this and it will certainly free your phone lines for people that really MUST speak with someone.

We are listening and absolutely agree. In fact, we initiated a pilot live chat program and expect to roll it out site wide over the next few weeks. Our hope is the same as yours; to help our customers find the paper they want as quickly and easily as possible.
