Paper Co. reserves the right at all times to limit or terminate
accounts and to modify its term of sales.
All
information provided in this Application or otherwise submitted
is true and correct and is being (or will be) furnished
for purpose of obtaining A DEALER Account from LCI
Paper Co. Applicant shall provide LCI
Paper Co. further information if requested.
Applicant
herby authorizes LCI
Paper Co. to contact credit references and bank for confidential
credit information.
To
activate a Dealer Account the Applicant needs an initial
purchase of $750 or more. This can be done over a 6 month period. Please note: opening order is not discounted.
To
remain active in the Dealer Program, you must place orders
totaling at least $750 each year. Failure to do so will
result in termination of this agreement and the closing
of your Dealer account.
You
must include a copy of a valid Resale License/Certificate and your Username.
All
names, photos, images & descriptions on our website,
www.lcipaper.com, are the property of LCI
Paper Co. and cannot be used without explicit written consent
from LCI Paper
Co., Inc.
I
have read the foregoing application and the accompanying
terms and conditions. I certify that all information provided
by me is true and accurate. I further agree that my use
and sale of any LCI Paper Co. product will conform to the
terms and conditions set forth in the accompanying document.
