At LCI Paper, some of the most popular questions we get from customers are in regards to printing their invitations at home using our specialty papers. So let’s get back to basics and talk clearly and openly about what we sell and the ways we encourage you to save money and get creative at home.

For this discussion, let’s talk about LCI Paper’s invitations, programs, response cards, and place cards that are available in different paper weights, styles, and colors. All of our specialty paper comes blank so that you can add your own custom details. You can use LCI’s sample invitation wording and then customize for your event. Sure, you can hire someone to do the printing for you, but we encourage our customers to print on our paper at home, using their own computers and printers.
For someone who has never printed at home on anything other than a standard-sized 8.5 x 11 sheet of white office paper, this might seem overwhelming. But we’re here to assure you that printing on LCI’s specialty paper is actually quite simple. After you watch this video, you’ll learn that there’s nothing more to it than (1) adjusting your printer’s paper guides to the size of the invitation, (2) creating a new document in Microsoft Word that conforms to that size, and (3) setting up your printer driver to recognize the specific sheet that’s in your printer.
After you try this method and print out a test, it will become second nature in the future. You really can do this!
