An LCI Paper Customer Sends an E-Mail of Thanks

Last week, we received an e-mail of thanks for LCI Paper customer Jessica.

Hi there,

I placed an order on Monday, August 3rd and had a follow-up phone call
from Linda about my order. Linda noticed that I ordered cards the
wrong size to fit into the envelopes! I just wanted to say THANK YOU
to Linda and LCI Paper for catching that mistake and calling me up and
fixing my order. Service like that should be commended, it’s not often
that customer service is courteous!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! And please let Linda know how much I
appreciate her help!!

When I asked our Office Manager Linda about this, she told me that she was actually helping to pack orders in the warehouse when she noticed the combination of cards and envelopes that Jessica had ordered weren’t right.

By Linda noticing the inconsistency and calling the customer, she saved the customer from having to find out that she had ordered the wrong product after it arrived. Linda was able to reach the customer and make a change before it shipped out.
