I would just like to say that I truely appreciate the help I received when I was making a choice.The representative answered my question in a very timely matter, and made things a lot easier. My granddaughter had made her own graduation invitation,which were not standard size, making envelopes hard to find. The ones recommended looked very nice ,especially the way the flap was made,and the color was very complementary to the cards. My granddaughter was very pleased and that was the main goal .Mission Accomplished! Thank You Very Much!

I am very happy with my order. The order came very quickly and was exactly what I was looking for.

The envelopes that I ordered were supposed to be 70# paper. They weren't. You could see color through the white envelope. I have since sent them back. Waiting on a refund. I hope that goes smoothly.

I ordered envelopes for wedding invitations, RSVP card's, etc. on a Sunday afternoon. By Monday morning the order had been processed and was ready to be shipped. Later that Monday morning I realised that I had miscalculated the number of envelopes I needed and had to revise my order. I called LCI and was advised that my order was already packed and ready to be shipped. However, the LCI representative kindly offered to search for the parcel. Within 15 minutes the parcel was retrieved, my original order was cancelled, and I was refunded. I placed a revised order on Monday evening and my new order was ready for shipping the following day. I would highly recommend LCI Paper and commend them for providing excellent customer service.
