I decided to make my own invitations because I didn't like any I was finding on the internet. The paper and matching envelopes that I ordered through LCI came quickly, are of excellent quality, and matched the descriptions on the website. I was very satisfied with that. There was a problem with the website (with paypal?) and I couldn't place my order correctly. I ended up speaking with someone on the phone, and they were very helpful and it all worked out. When I was in process of making my decisions however, I emailed a question through the LCI website and it was days before I heard back from them. I had already figured out how to do it myself by the time their reply came. Prompter email reponse would be helpful. So if you want to use their paper, which I recommend, call them directly rather than wait for email correspondence.

LCI paper was a pleasure to deal with. I ordered envelopes for my save the dates and I had them printed with my return address as well as guest addresses. They are super fast and extremely helpful. I even had one of their team members contact me via phone to ensure that I wanted the extra envelopes that I ordered printed with my return address, which I did. We even realized while talking that I had ordered an extra box of envelopes, which he kindly refunded me. All in all, it was a great experience and I am trying to figure out how I can use them again. I even recommended them to all my other friends for their weddings and events.

I ordered white wedding envelopes which were good for holiday cards (my purpose) but not the really thick paper I would expect for wedding calibre. The customer service was EXCELLENT and the orders were shipped quickly and efficiently. I would definitely order again!

LCI is honestly the only company I use to order specialty envelopes for big client orders. The prices are far better than any other companies on line that I have looked into using. I find that there is a huge range of styles, colours and types of paper available for ordering... making it perfect to stay within a budget as well as colour schemes. The shipping has always been right on time which I've also always really appreciated!
