I ordered from LCI on two different occasions during this past year and each time I was impressed with the quality of the paper and with the speed at which each was shipped. The invitation kits and program paper I ordered for my wedding looked great in no small part due to the quality of the paper that LCI provided. Aside from that, though, was their customer service. Seven days before my wedding, my printer cartridge failed and leaked ink all over fifteen of the programs. After contacting LCI, they replaced the damaged programs at no extra cost, even though they really had no responsibility to!!!! Customer service like that just does not occur these days!!!!
