Even though there was a problem with my order, I e-mailed them and they contacted me right away to try and rectify the problem. Since they could not reach me on a Friday, they held the order until I could call them on Monday. I am a custom invitation designer and the paper quality was lovely. The Stardream Crystal color was beautifully white, with no hint of yellow that I've noticed from other paper brands. I also ordered the matching envelopes. The envelopes needed to printed off on my laser printer. I attempted the inkjet and there was bleeding of ink. Wonderful quality overall. I highly recommend it!

Great service. Fast processing, fast shipping and accurate. I bought this paper to make menu cards for our university's Chancellors' holiday dinner and everyone loved them! Normally the guests of the dinner leave them behind but everyone took theirs home! I bought the metallic cardstock, and eventhough it wasn't as sparkly as I had hoped, it stood up well when sprayed with glitter and dried fast without wrinkling/warping. Thank you.
