Other orders have been great, but this particular order was NOT timely, there was NO communication after the initial payment was processed, and I had to deal with my clients on this end trying to tell them that their envelopes were on their way, and would be worth the wait. NOT acceptable. I paid extra for it to arrive on time, and it took far too long. Time IS money when you are a graphic designer. The product itself we stellar, I can't comment negatively on them, but I was quite disappointed with the delivery date. At some point I had to double check my statement to make sure you had actually taken my money, to make sure that, yes, I had actually placed an order. You need to kick your customer service up a notch. I expect nothing less than above and beyond.
