I have ordered with LCI before and I am never disappointed. The color and weight of the paper was exactly like the description. I will be ordering again!
I needed an 11 x 17 high-quality parchment paper for a special project. I contacted several suppliers but they did not carry the size I needed. LCI Papers was the ONLY company that had the quality AND the size I needed. Their customer service department was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. When my paper arrived, it was packaged beautifully and the quality was exceptional. I was delighted with the service and the price. LCI is now my primary source for specialty papers.
Total Satisfaction...quality, performance...paper is just great...also appreciate how well the paper is packaged for shipping!! I will use LCI as long as they exist!!
Great card stock for mounting my wedding invitations. Beautiful color and quick delivery!
As with every experience I have with LCI this one was superb. I was panicked when I got home the day the paper was delivered to discover that the box had been left on a brink planter full of soaking wet mulch. The cardboard box was melted but thanks to your fantastic packaging my order was dry and perfect. I love that no matter what creative idea I dream up you have the paper in sizes and colors to make my dreams a reality.
Shipping was very quick and product as expected. However, we were surprised that it came in a plain brown box, with the product wrapped or bagged in clear plastic with no label or instructions about print settings. This was a laser-printable vellum, which we've never used before, and we wasted quite a few sheets because first attempts were very unsatisfactory when attempting to print on our laser printer -- the toner smeared and failed to adhere, so whatever we printed was patchy-looking and totally unacceptable. I searched on the net and found instructions for screenprinters about printing on vellum, which said to use the heaviest paper setting you can -- totally counter-intuitive, but it worked, and once we did this, our prints came out beautifully. It would have been nice to have had those instructions included with the order so we could have avoided the waste and frustration. That said, the product is exceptional, and we'll order again if we need it.
